In the gauges search I would like to have the ability to filter on gauges that are actually being used.

We can currently filter by Type, Datasource, Dataset, Unused and Public but not those that are actively being used on dashboards and reports. This would definitely help navigate when an update is needed 

The new "Custom Fields" datasets have been introduced as EA/beta.

I have two custom fields that I want to track and report on: APC UPS model name and serial number
I want to have a table of Company, Site, Endpoint, Model name, and Serial number (sorted by the first 4 fields).
None of the offered designs in BG seem to be able to accommodate that construct.

The "list" gauge only has one sort field, so I can get the list sorted by Company, but not the rest.  As a result the data view is extremely skewed with information appearing out of order.

Please provide multiple levels of sort!

Filter for dates should have an "Earlier than (n) Months ago" for monthly snapshot data scenarios. 

The datasets associated with SELL/CPQ don't give enough information.

Could you create a new dataset that gives items in a quote.

I checked with CPQ dev documentation and the API allow to read the view: QuoteItemView.

The client mapping process requires a lot of clicking, adding clients one by one.  Same thing with contacts to receive reports, they have to be entered one by one.  I would like to see some automation using the data in datasources we already have.  For instance all our clients are alreadyin our PSA, let me choose which ones I do or don't want to sent reports to, even using a filter like all companies with "x" company classification would be awesome.

For Contacts we coud have filter criteria like "is primary contact" or other things to help define who should receive reports.

MSPbots does this kind of automation using a feature they call "automated contact list", which is a gauge that can then be used as a list of receipients to send a report to.

Can we have the option to run snapshots on the day and time of our choosing?  Can we run multiple snapshots per week?

ConnectSecure reporting has great data, but I'd like to reformat it.  Would it be possible to add an API between BrightGauge and ConnectSecure?

When you add multiple filters to a board, it would be great if you could exclude certain filters from gauges instead of excluding them all 

There is no option to "Exclude current (day/week/month/year/etc.)" in Dashboard filters like there is in Gauge filters.  This would be extremely helpful.

If you have a number gauge that has several tabs that are hidden and used to create calculations, the names of the tabs are just displayed as generic names, like "query1_amount_sum" or "calc_metric_1". It's frustrating trying to remember what the tabs are actually for, so you have to "unhide" them to seeing what they actually do.

Can you work on the ability to name the layers as they are displayed along the left side panel (see #2)?
