Thank you for your request. Have you tried using the "Connectivity Notifications" feature in BrightGaue? You can configure your email in the Data > Connectivity Notifications and receive notifications. Also, via 'Sync History' you can check the status manually.

Yet, the September reports were missing nearly 40% of the data. No email was ever provided or received.
And to MANUALLY check something YOU are supposed to provide automatically? No - absolutely NO!
Sure enough, October 27 data missing from multiple gauges. Another ticket for "refresh" is required and no ETA for when the action will take place.
