The Enhancement Forums is one of several listening posts used to bring enhancement ideas to the ConnectWise Product Management Team. We utilize information from support tickets, information gathered from our onsite Consulting Team and our Sales Team during the sales process, as well as one-on-one or group discussions with our partners. 

Do you have an enhancement you want to suggest or have you come across an enhancement you would like our Product Management Team to review?  Vote and leave a comment.  The more information gathered on the enhancement, the easier it is to make the case to the Product Management Team. The Product Management team automatically reviews enhancements with 250 votes or more and we will provide any updates to that enhancement as they become available.

Patch Management Gauge Behavior

In the Patch Management section, there are two columns: Failure Date and Installation Date. I’d like to propose the following enhancements:

The Success Gauge should reflect only the latest successful installation date, rather than listing repeated entries.
The Failure Gauge should similarly show only the most recent failure, even if the machine is offline or hasn't updated since.
This would make the gauges more meaningful and reduce clutter from repeated or stale data.

Customizable DataSet Sync Freq

Please make dataset sync frequency adjustable. Syncing a dataset of alerts every 24 hours is not useful.

ex. LogicMonitor -Device Alerts for the past 30 Days

Access to Child Instances - Addigy

In order for us to get Addigy child instance data into BrightGauge, we would need to setup a separate integration for each of the Addigy instances.  Can this be setup in a way where we can add multiple instances under the same Addigy integration to BrightGauge?

Integration with ScreenConnect

Integration with ScreenConnect.  Current integration of the Remote Access Dataset through RMM does not allow us to build gauges to monitor ScreenConnect Agent Health and versions.  This is a major oversight for Service Departments that review their agent health and can not depend on the application updating accordingly.

Goals - Check in frequency - Add Monthly and Quarterly

On gauges within Brightgauge you can download a csv via the button when drilling down into a gauge, this option is not available in scheduled reports. Can it please be enabled.

Deeplinks needed in ServiceNow Cases dataset

Hi, You have multiple ServiceNow datasets, the Incident and ServiceRequest ones have Deeplinking enabled. 

The Cases dataset does not have deeplinking, this is has a real impact on workflow, cutting and pasting case numbers is very slow.

If you could add a Deeplink for cases as well it would be a significant improvement.

Button to opt-in to see debug logging on Sync Failures

Allow partners to choose to enable debugging logging for the sync failures section. Allowing Partners to see the additional error logging the Brightgauge support team can see that us partners cannot. Keeping it opt-in to retain the easy experience for partners that don't need/want the extra information
