The Enhancement Forums is one of several listening posts used to bring enhancement ideas to the ConnectWise Product Management Team. We utilize information from support tickets, information gathered from our onsite Consulting Team and our Sales Team during the sales process, as well as one-on-one or group discussions with our partners.

Ability to copy or template Drilldown fields
It would save a lot of time if we could copy or template the drilldown fields in gauges. There are a few ways I could see this being useful
Default drilldown field list linked to dataset. Code in a list of the most commonly used fields in a dataset drilldown, and default these in the first tab of any new gauge created using that dataset- The ability to template drilldown fields and import them to a gauge.
- The ability to copy the drilldown fields from another tab in the same gauge

Report Page Export Option
The reports page currently has very limited sorting and search functions. While these features are being enhanced could we please get an option to export the data on the page? We can then work with the data in excel to find what we are looking for.
Examples:
- Hard to find customers when there are hundreds for reports.
- Counting reports when they fail to generate.

Need a way to report on canceled agreements
The Agreements and Agreement Additions List datasets do not currently report on canceled agreements. I need a way to report on what agreements have been canceled over the last X days so I can report on churn. This is important and seems like it should be a pretty standard feature of the software. Please get this ability added.

Export Client Contacts
Would love the ability to export client data (email address and client name) for usage in my email marketing to Key Account Contacts that receive our monthly account review reports.

N-Central last logged in user info
Submitting a request for last logged in user information from N-Central as per ticket #02296585 and #02808073
We need this information for monthly reporting to inform customer of redundant devices so they aren't being billed for devices in use.

Opportunity - Products tab - Bill Status
The API currently does not show anywhere in the Opportunity or Products APIs if a product on a Won opportunity was billed or not.
I'd like to be able to build a gauge showing any products have not had an agreement set up for them yet. This would help us ensure we're not missing anything on the billing side.
I had asked BG support to add this to a dataset but since it's not in the API, it's not available.

Agreement recap carryover expiry date
Additionally, there is no ongoing reporting of what cumulative value has been "expired" while positive (so we can see, how much of these agreements expire unutilized)

We use Covalence Field Effect for our clients and would like to have an integration into Brightgauge so that we can provide customized QBR reports for our clients.

Integrate ThreatMate with BrightGuage
Please integrate ThreatMate with BrightGuage for dashboards and reports. So that we can use the dashboard for ThreatMate to consolidate all the data into a single screen, making everything visible on one page, as a live dashboard.
