Currently it is SO painful to do this.

You cannot see the uploaded image from the selection so if you have more than 10 images stored....good luck finding the one you need.

Also and most frustrating is trying to scale an image so it does not crop too much or too little.

It is a battle of trying to manipulate a poor interface to get it to render right...And each time you try, you need to create a report, then try again etc.

Painful!

There are no datasets available with the Xero data source that has the budget information entered into Xero.  We are wanting to create gauges that track revenues and costs against our budget. 

NinjaOne currently utilises Default and Custom Fields (similar to Automate); however, many of these fields are not exposed to BrightGauge. As a result, we are unable to leverage this data for creating gauges, dashboards, and reports.

Enabling full visibility and integration of all Default and Custom Fields within BrightGauge would significantly enhance reporting capabilities and allow for more meaningful insights

Pick and ship report, please add report for daily stock movement in brighgauge

We need a BrightGauge report on the TPM version on all devices for the Windows 11 Pro upgrade capability.

This would save a lot of time.

Would like to be able to create gauges for skills/skill category and query the member records based on those skills. This should make it easier for performance reviewing and dispatching. We should be able to query on when a skill was last updated, the previous level, and new level, when skills are added to member records, and also be able to tie those to goals in BG. If we could drill down through category to see what member have skills in each category, it would actually make that data worth something. 

I often email clients account invoice/payment statements - sometimes I like to send these from an alternative email addresses so I can track bad payer communications etc.  

There's no way to download the PDF which is sent out! 

This should be something I can generate and send from within Connectwise if required so that all the email logs are together. 

There is a PDF generated, as it can be sent out, but the only work around is to send it to myself and download from there - crackers. 

I would like to see a gauge that can tell whether a new piece of software has been installed? The existing gauge will only tell us whether the package has been installed/updaed. It would be helpful for us as MSP's to be able to look at newly installed pieces of software from the last week or month to determine if something was installed maliciously or unintentionally. We could then send this report to our client for review without having to wade through all of the other software updates that may have occurred.

We would like to have Quickbooks Custom fields exposed to the Profit and Loss Details dataset. This would be a great help to us for filtering purposes. We use some custom fields for categorization.

In RMM, the Network Devices screen displays the IP addresses of all devices. However, the IP address field is not available in the Network Devices dataset. I want to create gauges that show a device's IP addresses, filtered by the types displayed on the Network Devices screen in RMM.

Instead of adding the IP address field to the Network Devices dataset, CW support's solution is to use the Endpoint Summary dataset, but this dataset only has the following four 'types':

• Desktop
• NetworkDevice
• Server
• Vmware-Esxi
