Need a dataset that contains Budget data entered into Xero
There are no datasets available with the Xero data source that has the budget information entered into Xero. We are wanting to create gauges that track revenues and costs against our budget.
Qualys Integration to Brightgauge
Qualys has plenty of data points that would be useful in integrating with Brightgauge for reporting.
Manage/PSA Agreement Work Roles
I want a way of extracting the agreement names/details and the work role rates that are configured.
Quarterly Reporting option
Currently, the only way to schedule a quarterly report would be to create it on the month previous to the beginning of the new quarter or to schedule it on the first day of the next quarter. After this, you can verify the next scheduled date of the report in the scheduled reports option. This would be more efficient to have a 'start date' feature to enhance your scheduling capabilities. At this time you do not have a quarterly or annual scheduling option. I am surprised you don't have this option already. Please consider implementing for quarterly reports to be emailed to leaders to report on their quarterly metrics on their company metric scorecards.
Super Admin Role to Restrict Gauge/Dashboard Editing
Would like a Super Admin Role to to Restrict Gauge/Dashboard Editing. Resticting admins from adding gauges or text to specific Boards. Also, restricitng gauges, speicifically drill downs.
Alert Acknowledgement
I would love to have a field in the Dashboard Gauge that can be acknowledged when using the ALERT with sound option format. That way, when a server goes down and it sounds an alert, we don't have to have it continue to alert with the sound once acknowledged.
Custom fields in Agreement Additions
Hi,
We have a need to see custom fields in the Agreement Additions section of CW Manage. We use these to help us track unique renewal requirements for various Additions on an Ageement. Example, various service packages we sell can have different renewal dates and they are all on the same Agreement. The only clean way to do this is on the Addition itself, for that specific client Agreement.
BrightGauge Workflow Management Needed
There needs to be a way to filter out gauges that have workflows in them. If we are only allotted a certain amount, we have to be able to manage those. Being told to manually look at all our Snapshot & Number gauges to find them is wild.
