We utilize information from support tickets, information gathered from our onsite Consulting Team and our Sales Team during the sales process, as well as one-on-one or group discussions with our partners.

Expose Automate Extra Data Fields to Brightgauge
We would love to have Extra Data Fields created in Connectwise Automate be available in Brightgauge. We have reports that are stuck in the CW Automate reporting tool that we would love to automate thru Brightguage but much of the data is inaccessible to Brightgauge. Some other data that we would like to access from Automate are Warranty dates brought in thru the ScalePad/WarrantyMaster plugin for Connectwise Automate.

Export Client Contacts
Would love the ability to export client data (email address and client name) for usage in my email marketing to Key Account Contacts that receive our monthly account review reports.

Gauge level security & User restriction
Currently, the only way to restrict specific gauges is by restricting datasets at the user level and I need the ability to secure gauges and limit to specific users without restricting the data set as the data set in question is used by other members of my team.

Next Step field in Opportunity Dataset
I would like to request that the "Next Step" field gets added to the Opportunity dataset. It would be great to be able to filter Opportunities by those that have a Next Step added. Example of requested field below:

ConnectWise "Resolution" & "last updated" notes ingestion to BrightGauge
Request to enable the ingestion of the "Resolution" and "Last Updated" notes from ConnectWise into BrightGauge.

Date filter: Add Next (n) weeks (Mon-Sun), (Sun-Sat), (Sat-Fri)
Add Next week date filter for all date fields.

ITBoost Integration for BrightGauge
The ITBoost Integration, specifically the knowledge base dataset is not useful.
It would be much more useful if all activities were available to report on like "Add" or "Edit" or "Delete". With this information we can report on the activity of our staff updating our documentation and provide this information via dashboard to our customers.
The only available activity is "Get". This activity is not even selectable individually within ITBoost's activity log inside of the program.

Dataset for Datto RMM statistics on Antivirus, Defender, and EDR deployments
The Datto RMM datasource does not currently have any datasets that support reporting on the status of deployed security products/features such as Windows Defender, Antivirus, and Datto EDR. Please consider adding this so we can provide a more complete overview of device compliance other than just Patch Management.

Ability to report on Retired assets in ConnectWise Automate
We'd like the ability to report on retired assets in Automate. We have a client that requires information on historical assets, but these don't pull into BrightGauge

Include Product Totals in the Invoice Data Dataset
We are currently able to pull in Service Total and Expense Total along with Invoice Total and Balance Due, but we cannot see Product Total in the Invoice Data Dataset.
We need to have this to accurately capture invoice amounts on invoices which include products (such as Agreements) but are paid via downpayment and have a zero balance due.
