The Enhancement Forums is one of several listening posts used to bring enhancement ideas to the ConnectWise Product Management Team. We utilize information from support tickets, information gathered from our onsite Consulting Team and our Sales Team during the sales process, as well as one-on-one or group discussions with our partners.
Do you have an enhancement you want to suggest or have you come across an enhancement you would like our Product Management Team to review? Vote and leave a comment. The more information gathered on the enhancement, the easier it is to make the case to the Product Management Team. The Product Management team automatically reviews enhancements with 250 votes or more and we will provide any updates to that enhancement as they become available.

Embed Gauges into PowerPoint Slides
We use powerpoint to present this data to clients and would be good for us to have these embedded into slides so that we can interact with them
Send report as CSV option
As well as having a pdf options, have the ability to export the report as a CSV. This will allow those of us who want to do granular reporting utilize items such as PowerBI to graph and trend this over and beyond the 240 days available in brightgauge.
Add Resource/Team Member/Ticket Owner in the Project Survey Responses Dataset
It would be very beneficial to be able to report on the team members that are receiving project surveys- similar to the way that you can report on this from a CSAT perspective.
Allow for configration of FROM address for emailed reports
Allow for scheduled reports' email FROM address to be configured rather than just noreply@brightgauge.com
We would like to configure some reports to go directly to end customers but do not consider it very professional looking if they come from the brightgauge domain.
Ideally this would allow for sending from our domain - obviously on condition that the correct DNS records are in place
Patch Management Gauge Behavior
In the Patch Management section, there are two columns: Failure Date and Installation Date. I’d like to propose the following enhancements:
The Success Gauge should reflect only the latest successful installation date, rather than listing repeated entries.
The Failure Gauge should similarly show only the most recent failure, even if the machine is offline or hasn't updated since.
This would make the gauges more meaningful and reduce clutter from repeated or stale data.
Add PSA Change Approval metrics
This request is to add metrics from the PSA Change Approval to BrightGauge for reporting. This would include information such as number of approved/rejected projects, as well as an extract of the CR data into a gauge / reports.
Access to Child Instances - Addigy
Hello,
In order for us to get Addigy child instance data into BrightGauge, we would need to setup a separate integration for each of the Addigy instances. Can this be setup in a way where we can add multiple instances under the same Addigy integration to BrightGauge?

Ninja released an enhanced API (v2) which provides much more information

Would be very time-saving to have MS Partner Center Users as a data source
Hiding a Gauge in a Report if the Gauge is Empty
We would love to see the ability to hide a gauge if the gauge has no data in it. We have a long software report that lists versions of specific software we manage but not all of the applications are found on all sites which creates reports with logs of blank entries. If we could set a gauge in a report to not be shown at all if no data was populated in the query, that would make the report so much more readable for us.
