The Enhancement Forums is one of several listening posts used to bring enhancement ideas to the ConnectWise Product Management Team. We utilize information from support tickets, information gathered from our onsite Consulting Team and our Sales Team during the sales process, as well as one-on-one or group discussions with our partners.
Do you have an enhancement you want to suggest or have you come across an enhancement you would like our Product Management Team to review? Vote and leave a comment. The more information gathered on the enhancement, the easier it is to make the case to the Product Management Team. N-Central last logged in user info
Submitting a request for last logged in user information from N-Central as per ticket #02296585 and #02808073
We need this information for monthly reporting to inform customer of redundant devices so they aren't being billed for devices in use.
Agreement recap carryover expiry date
Additionally, there is no ongoing reporting of what cumulative value has been "expired" while positive (so we can see, how much of these agreements expire unutilized)

Covalance Field Effect
We use Covalence Field Effect for our clients and would like to have an integration into Brightgauge so that we can provide customized QBR reports for our clients.
Integrate ThreatMate with BrightGuage
Please integrate ThreatMate with BrightGuage for dashboards and reports. So that we can use the dashboard for ThreatMate to consolidate all the data into a single screen, making everything visible on one page, as a live dashboard.
Add Medium as a Measure
Please add "Medium" as a selectable measure in the gauge builder. This
would enhance our ability to analyze, and visualize data where "Medium" would be a relevant metric.
Limit Access to "Member Cost" field
While we can limit entire datasets, we want our team to be able to use most of the data in the dataset, but not be able to access the "member cost" field from a member profile.
Cisco Webex Calling Integration
Need CDR and overall calling information as shown in control hub natively. Cisco has rich API capabilities, so this shouldn't be too difficult. Can you bring it into Brightgauge, please?
Connectwise Ticket Time Entries Dataset Additions
We have a requirement to send clients monthly reports of their tickets along with Summary, Resolution and total Billable time, Total Non-Billable time, Total time along with other details of the ticket. The Ticket Statistics Last 240 Days Dataset has most of this information, would just need to add Resolution and a column showing the type of time entry (B : Billable, NC : No Charge, NB : Do not bill)
Gauge for Invoice Group
It would be useful to be able to create a gauge that shows the invoiced amount last month by Invoice Group.
