This is still important for us. Not only for ticket visibility but for workflows and alerts!

Doesn't look like we are getting much traction on this request.  Adding a comment to bump up the visibility.

If it cannot pull the full Resolution field as it could have multiple entries, it would even be nice if it told us if there was a resolution note or not, a yes/no option if you will.

This would be so helpful! I could also see adding that we can grant user access to the folders or individual dashboards.

I would like to learn about the Beta version!

I believe this is a request that pre-dates this forum. I really hope that it is implemented!

We need this as well! I opened a ticket with support and received the following response:

Hey Shannon,
Thank you for your patience while we looked into this one. Please note that after reviewing the screenshot, I see that that post appears to have been made 4 months ago. We discovered several concerns with that dataset, and our team is looking into them.
So currently, the "Tickets stat extended" datasets for cloud with longer date ranges are coming soon but we don't have an exact ETA yet.

We need this feature! Many of the datasets allow a filter for "Year to Date" but the dataset does not pull records for a year!?!



This would be incredibly helpful! I would add an option to just "flag" the note that you want as the "final note". Sometimes we have a few resolution notes throughout the ticket, so if we could just flag the "re-cap" note that would be extremely helpful for our gauges.

This would be very helpful! We always rename the field and it does become time consuming
