Time Entry Discussion Flag

Currently the API for hosted Manage does not allow the Discussion, Internal, or Resolution Flags to be pulled into BG for use as a filter on data.  Would really love to see this become enabled so we can better filter gauges that are looking at Time Entries.

I believe this is a request that pre-dates this forum. I really hope that it is implemented!

I also want the notes to be available. Clients that drill down to tickets that may be problematic have to look it up in the customer portal which is very annoying. 

This is still important for us. Not only for ticket visibility but for workflows and alerts!
