Brightgauge Timesheet Enhancement

This would be a very useful feature, having the ability to report on the totals from people's timesheets easily, as well as the status of the timesheet (submitted or not). As well as this,  being able to see who the time sheet belongs to, as well as the manager who needs to approve the timesheet, would allow us to make useful gauges for people managers to see who's timesheets they need to approve, and also the ability to see who has not submitted their timesheets too.
