I am trying to create a gauge in BrightGauge that shows which resource is associated with a specific Ticket Template (for example, Template Name XXX) through the Resources tab in the template. I would also like to know which fields from that Resources tab are available and can be displayed in BrightGauge.
Since I do not have access to Ticket Templates in ConnectWise, I am unable to determine which fields are stored in the Resources tab or which API view contains that information. My goal is to identify the correct dataset, API view, or fields so that I can report on the resources linked to a specific Ticket Template within BrightGauge.
Additionally, if the required fields are not available in the standard PSA Cloud datasource, I would like to know whether it is possible to create a custom dataset that includes the appropriate fields from the Resources tab of the Ticket Template. My objective is to report in BrightGauge on which resources are associated with specific Ticket Templates and to display the relevant resource-related fields within a gauge or report.
