Having a report based on a template that becomes immutable after scheduling is - I'm not sorry to say - idiotic.

And now that "Custom Fields" for Company, Site, and Endpoint have been released to GA, this sorting problem is exacerbated.

Must all this data be pulled out of BG and sent to PowerBI to make it useful?  If that's the case, what's the point of this so-called reporting tool?

@Levy Berkowitz, this feature is still in "early access" mode.

According to @Amit Mehta:  BrightGauge access for Custom fields can be requested using the following link:

Sure enough, October 27 data missing from multiple gauges.  Another ticket for "refresh" is required and no ETA for when the action will take place.

@Shaguin Jain - I have my information in that location.

Yet, the September reports were missing nearly 40% of the data.  No email was ever provided or received.

And to MANUALLY check something YOU are supposed to provide automatically?  No - absolutely NO!

Previously requested (3 years ago) in the Command RMM forum:

And there has been absolutely ZERO traction on accomplishing what should be a simple coding task.

This would be EXTREMELY helpful!

Heck, without reading this request, I would not have known there was an icon in the upper, right-hand corner.
