Smileback Response Rate

Smileback has the data for surveys that were sent and viewed but no response given which is how it gives a response rate metric. In Brigthgauge there is data field called "vviewed_on" but it doesn't return the data of all surveys viewed. It only returns the value of surveys that were viewed that were rated which is really the same data as "rated_on" basically. Can we please make it so that "viwed_on" counts all surveys viewed no matter if they were rated or not or add a new dataset field for all surveys viewed no matter if they are rated or not. This would allow us to calculate response rate in Brightgauge. Thanks.
