Include patching Tuesday to the schedules

Add the ability to create a recurring patch-management schedule based on Microsoft's monthly Patch Tuesday rather than a fixed day of the month.

For example, allow an administrator to configure:

Patch on the second Saturday following Patch Tuesday

Ideally, the scheduling options would include rules such as:

• Patch Tuesday + X days
• First/second/third/fourth weekend after Patch Tuesday
• Specific day of the week following Patch Tuesday
• Optionally, a configurable delay such as 7, 10, 14, or 21 days after Patch Tuesday
