Default Deny Members on New Service Boards

Hello, 

It would be a great enhancement if when we created new Service Boards, or Project Boards, that we would be able to - by default - deny all members access (aside from those with 'admin' role) so that in case we create new boards, API members don't accidentally get overexposed to data we don't want them to have. 

Not having a default deny (default restrict) option on all boards seems like a security oversight, in my opinion.
