API Access into CW Home

MSPs/Partners needing to automate their internal processes and link systems together.

If there was an API available we would be able to achieve such things as linking into a joiner/leaver automation for ConnectWise accounts to be managed with no human interaction, or be able to pull the CW Home users into an Identity Governance Tool so you can better audit access and changes.

Our business fully automates our internal joiners and leavers but we still have to manually sort access into ConnectWise.

Yes! This has been requested so many times by so many people. It is very weird for a company that is about making life easier and automate, not giving API access too such a basic need.
