Add users to email alerts from ConnectWise
After the AWS outage yesterday only the primary account contact received a service alert for the outage. After looking for a way to add the rest of the team to the alerts I contacted support. They said only the primary account contact can receive these alerts and would need to forward them to the team. I'm requesting an option to opt-in for alerts be added so distribution of alerts that impact our environment do not require manual interaction for distribution.
