Ability to Email Other Users
The ability to add or remove another persons email from a ticket. Sometimes my coworker opens a ticket with CW and sometimes i do. It would be nice if i could open the ticket and add him as a CC or TO so that way we can both see and reply to all communication on the ticket.
Right now i have to log into the home portal and switch to his provide to check on the ticket communication or i have to ask support to add my email to the ticket or his email to my ticket.
