Search tickets by member

If I can add to this - the filter options for support tickets are too limited and hard to find.  In the old portal the options were clearly visible on the left side of the page.  In the Home portal the options are always hidden.  You can't see what you're looking at.  Having to click the little filter button in order to see the options is not intuitive/efficient.  Add to this the fact we only log tickets every once and a while and users forget about the new hidden filters and get confused about why they can't find what they're looking for each time they log in to view the status of a ticket.
